VPUB - The 1911 Inspection Team of the Politburo and the Secretariat worked with the Standing Committee of the Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee.

Dienbien.gov.vn - On the morning of March 23, Inspection Team No. 1911 of the Politburo and the Secretariat of the Central Committee, led by Comrade Le Hoai Trung - Secretary of the Central Committee of the Party, Chief of the Central Party Office, held a working session with Dien Bien province to review the draft report on the inspection results of the Provincial Party Standing Committee of Dien Bien. Attending the working session on behalf of Dien Bien province were: Comrade Tran Quoc Cuong - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Comrade Mua A Son - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Comrade Le Thanh Do - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Comrade Lo Van Phuong - Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; and other members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee.

Comrade Le Hoai Trung - Secretary of the Central Committee of the Party, Chief of the Central Party Office - chaired the conference.

According to the draft report, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee seriously complied with and led and directed relevant Party organizations and units to coordinate with the Inspection Team in preparing and providing reports and documents as requested by the Team; promptly adjusted and supplemented information, reports, and explanations to clarify the issues raised by the Team during the inspection. It seriously implemented Directive No. 35-CT/TW dated June 14, 2024, of the Politburo on Party Congresses at all levels leading to the 14th National Congress of the Party and Conclusion No. 118-KL/TW; Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024, of the Politburo on breakthroughs in the development of science , technology, innovation, and national digital transformation; and effectively implemented Conclusion No. 123-KL/TW.

Comrade Le Thanh Do - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, delivered a speech at the conference.

The preparation of Congress documents was carried out seriously and systematically at all levels; the streamlining of the organizational structure was implemented by the Provincial Party Standing Committee in accordance with Central regulations, reducing the number of specialized departments and divisions (150 department-level organizations were reduced); and reducing the number of leaders and managers (19 sector-level leaders, 350 department-level and equivalent leaders were reduced)...

At the conference, delegates unanimously agreed with the content of the Draft Report on the results of the inspection of the Standing Committee of the Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee. Comrade Tran Quoc Cuong - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, delivered a speech at the conference.

Speaking at the conference, Provincial Party Secretary Tran Quoc Cuong agreed with the contents of the Draft Report on the results of the inspection and the assessments and comments of the Inspection Team. He also clarified some shortcomings and limitations related to the economic growth scenario; the implementation of Resolution No. 57... Based on the inspection report, the province will seriously consider the findings, learn from the experience, and develop a plan to guide and organize implementation to achieve the set goals and overcome existing shortcomings and limitations, proposing appropriate solutions to improve the effectiveness of implementing the Resolutions, Directives, and Conclusions of the Central Government in the future. At the conference, the Provincial Party Secretary proposed that the Politburo and the Secretariat pay attention to and prioritize the allocation of resources for key transportation infrastructure projects, especially the Son La - Dien Bien - Tay Trang Border Gate Expressway project, phase 1. In addition, he requested the early issuance of specific policies and the prioritization of resources for the development of infrastructure at border gates, particularly the urgent upgrading of the A Pa Chai - Long Phu border crossing into a bilateral border gate to promote border economic development for the localities with neighboring provinces.

Concluding the conference, Comrade Le Hoai Trung, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Party, Chief of the Central Party Office, and Head of Inspection Team No. 1911, highly appreciated the seriousness of the Standing Committee of the Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee in leading and directing the implementation of the Resolutions, Directives, and Conclusions of the Central Committee. The Head of the Inspection Team requested the Standing Committee of the Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee to continue contributing opinions to improve the quality of the report; to thoroughly understand and innovate thinking in streamlining and reorganizing the apparatus to ensure effective operation in the future. He also requested that the suggestions and proposals of the Standing Committee of the Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee be incorporated to revise, supplement, and finalize the draft report.
