Pham Quoc Thuan wins the qualifying round.
In the qualifying round final, Pham Quoc Thuan staged a comeback against the top player from Central Vietnam, Nguyen Van Phuc. In the first set, Van Phuc led 20-13.

In the second set, Quoc Thuan, with a series of accurate shots, leveled the score at 22-22 before staging a comeback to win 40-31 after 27 innings, claiming the championship and the prize money of 20 million VND.

Bao Phuong Vinh and a team of top 3-cushion carom players will participate in the Phuc Thinh Cup 2025.
Nguyen Van Phuc won second place and received 4 million VND. The two players who shared third place, Long Hong and Le Quoc Trung, each received 2 million VND.
The "Outstanding Series" award went to Huynh Le Truong Hung with a 15-point run, and Nguyen Dinh Quoc won the "Best Game" award with a performance of 3.333 points per turn, each player receiving 1 million VND.

The Phuc Thinh Super Cup 2025 has determined the 19 best players from the qualifying round (including the 16 best players and the 3 players with the highest performance in the round of 32) to advance to the final round to compete alongside 13 seeded players such as Bao Phuong Vinh, Dao Van Ly, Ly The Vinh, Pham Quoc Thich, Nguyen Nhat Hoa, Le Van Thai, etc.

In the final round (taking place over two days, October 24th and 25th), players will compete in a 35-point, double-loss format, with the top 16 players advancing to the knockout stage.
From the round of 16 to the semi-finals, matches are played to 40 points, and the final is played to 50 points. The champion of the final round will receive a prize of 40 million VND.
The Phuc Thinh Super Cup will take place from October 20th to 25th at Phuc Thinh Billiards Club Branch 7 (517 Nguyen Anh Thu Street, Hiep Thanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City).
Notably, this tournament adopts a "2-in-1" format, featuring two championships (with separate prize structures) within a single event.
The winner of the qualifying round will receive 20 million VND, while the winner of the final round will receive 40 million VND.
The tournament, with a total prize pool of over 100 million VND, attracted a large number of players, including many of Vietnam's top players.
