Verifying the report of nearly 30 taels of gold missing from a car

On the afternoon of September 8, Mr. Le Thanh Long, Secretary of the Phu Loi Ward Party Committee, said that the police are coordinating to verify the report of Mr. HVD (37 years old, living in Phu Loi Ward) about a thief stealing nearly 30 taels of gold left in his car.

According to initial information, on the morning of September 7th, Mr. HVD reported to the Phu Loi Ward Police that his jewelry, including necklaces and bracelets, had been stolen from his pickup truck with license plate 61A-821.xx.

Mr. D. stated that late on September 6th, he drove his car, carrying a friend, back to his house on Binh Duong Avenue, Phu Loi Ward. After his friend went inside, Mr. D. parked the car on the sidewalk and went to sleep, with the front passenger door still open.

On the morning of September 7th, passersby noticed the car door was open and woke Mr. D. up. When he checked the car, he discovered that a mobile phone and a large quantity of gold jewelry had been stolen.
