On October 31st, Noi Bai International Airport hosted a security emergency drill to respond to illegal interference at the grassroots level in 2024.
The drill involved nearly 400 individuals and 36 vehicles, with participation from various units including the Northern Aviation Authority, the Internal Security Department (PA02), the Economic Security Department (PA04) - Hanoi City Police, the Soc Son District Police, the Noi Bai International Airport Police Station, the Air Security Department - Immigration Department; the Noi Bai International Airport Border Police; Traffic Police Team No. 15; the Noi Bai Airport Base Battalion; and airlines, units, and businesses operating at Noi Bai International Airport.
