Consider adjusting and supplementing the medium-term public investment plan

Ms. Cao Thi Hoa An, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the People's Council of Phu Yen province; Mr. Le Thanh Dong, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the People's Council of Phu Yen province; Mr. Do Thai Phong, Vice Chairman of the People's Council of Phu Yen province chaired the meeting.

It is known that at this session, the People's Council of Phu Yen province reviewed and decided to adjust and supplement the medium-term public investment plan, extend the implementation time and disbursement of the Public Investment Plan, adjust the local budget settlement in 2022, regulate tuition fees for the 2023-2024 school year, name roads and public works in Tuy Hoa city, decide on investment policies, adjust investment policies for a number of projects, and change the purpose of forest use to other purposes to implement projects and works.

At the same time, the results of reviewing and adjusting 3 types of forests; the list of projects requiring land recovery and land use conversion; the approval of additional numbers of employees receiving salaries from the state budget for public preschool and generaleducation in the 2023-2024 school year; and the Project on rearranging commune-level administrative units for the 2023-2025 period.

Speaking at the opening of the session, Ms. Cao Thi Hoa An, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the People's Council of Phu Yen province, emphasized that the delegates of the People's Council of Phu Yen province need to promote a sense of responsibility, based on legal regulations and practical situations in the locality, focus on research, discussion, and clearly express their opinions on the contents submitted by the People's Committee of Phu Yen province and the inspection reports of the provincial People's Council committees.

Thereby, reviewing and deciding to pass resolutions at this session in accordance with legal regulations, close to the actual situation, highly feasible, contributing to promoting local socio-economic development, meeting the trust and expectations of voters.

This session is expected to pass 23 important resolutions related to socio-economic development issues in Phu Yen province and personnel work.
