Ms. Le Van, the producer of black chickens in Muong Long commune, Ky Son district, said: "When I heard that my product had been selected to be introduced at the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development in Hanoi, I was very happy and quickly prepared thoroughly. Black chickens are the most famous breed in Ky Son district, raised in high mountainous areas with a cold climate, feeding on natural foods such as corn, vegetables, and fruits. This gives black chicken meat a delicious and unique flavor, is rich in nutrients, and offers many health benefits. However, because this breed is not common and lives in specific weather conditions, on this occasion, in addition to introducing the product, I also hope that relevant authorities will have solutions to preserve and expand this breed in the future."

Currently, the products have been transported from Nghe An to Hanoi to complete the product display for the two days of November 17-18.
Mr. Duong Hoang Vu, Chairman of the People's Committee of Que Phong District, said: "This is an important event for the locality to promote and introduce the potential and strengths of the district to central ministries and agencies, as well as connect with units to link production and consumption of local products. The district has also selected the most typical products such as golden flower tea, Que Phong sour meat, Khau Cay Noi sticky rice... and at the same time requested units and entities to do a good job of preparation, ensuring that the products introduced are of high quality, have a striking image, and have high reach."
