Following President Ho Chi Minh 's teaching "Learning never ends", on the morning of July 18, in Nghe An, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Association for Promoting Education held the "Learning never ends" scholarship award ceremony (5th time).
Attending the scholarship awarding ceremony were comrades: Nguyen Sinh Hung - Former Politburo member, Former Chairman of the National Assembly; Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thi Doan - Former member of the Party Central Committee, Former Vice President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, President of the Vietnam Association for Promoting Education; Mr. Le Manh Hung - Vice President and General Secretary of the Vietnam Association for Promoting Education; leaders of ministries, branches, leaders of the Central Association and sponsors.
On the side of Nghe An province, there were comrades: Ngoc Kim Nam - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department; Bui Dinh Long - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
The scholarships are awarded to students with excellent academic achievements; adults with outstanding achievements in self-study, self-research, and many effective initiatives applied to production and business from 8 provinces and cities in the North Central and Central Coast regions and 9 central ministries, branches, and organizations.

Self-taught and creative examples
This year, 233 delegates were selected to receive scholarships, including 153 students (11 primary school students, 54 middle school students, 85 high school students and 3 university students); 80 seniors were selected from 08 provinces and cities in the North Central and Central Coast regions; cadres, civil servants, public employees, and students at military academies and schools with a spirit of self-study, self-research, and creativity with good results; and delegates from 10 agencies coordinating with the Central Association in the work of promoting learning and talent, contributing to building the agency to achieve the title of "Learning Unit".
The two youngest students are third graders in Thanh Hoa and Hue, and the oldest was born in 1945 in Quang Tri province.
Warmly praising the uncles, brothers, sisters, teachers and students who have achieved excellent results in studying and creative work and were selected to receive scholarships today, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thi Doan - President of the Vietnam Association for Promoting Education emphasized: The excellent examples present here today all share the same spirit of striving, strong determination to rise up from self-study and regular study. Everyone shows the spirit of studiousness, everyone associates learning with career or work, is aware of the spirit of self-study, self-research, has many initiatives to apply to work, production and business to enrich themselves and contribute more to society".
Spread the spirit of "Learning never ends"
This meaningful activity has been organized by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Association for Promoting Education since 2020, maintained annually at both the Central Committee level and the Association for Promoting Education levels in provinces and cities across the country, with the characteristic that both adults in different fields and students of all ages receive scholarships.
The “Learning Never Ends” scholarship aims to encourage, motivate and commend exemplary students who have the spirit of overcoming difficulties, striving to excel in their studies, and the elderly who, through self-study and research, apply knowledge and experience to production, helping their families escape poverty, contributing to local socio-economic development, building a new cultural life, and creating an increasingly widespread learning emulation movement among all classes of people.
With the desire and aspiration to contribute to a healthy, intelligent and compassionate generation, over the years, TH Group - through the For Vietnamese Stature Fund (VSF), has persistently contributed to building and developing education through practical programs, spreading the spirit of sharing for the future of Vietnamese children, especially in the fields of school nutrition, improving facilities and supporting life skills for students.

Accompanying the scholarship program "Learning Never Ends" of the Vietnam Education Promotion Fund, at this activity, the enterprise donated 50 million VND in cash and 4,600 cups of TH true MILK fresh milk.
In the coming time, the Vietnam Association for Promoting Education will maintain and expand the "Learning Never Ends" scholarship in both scope and target, determined to effectively implement the emulation movement "The whole country competes to build a learning society, promote lifelong learning in the period of 2023 - 2030" launched by the Prime Minister on June 10, 2023. Thereby, contributing to the development of the country with knowledge and creativity in the digital transformation period, better implementing Uncle Ho's teaching: "Learning never ends".
