At the same time, the airports: Dien Bien, Vinh, Dong Hoi, Phu Bai, Da Nang, Chu Lai, Phu Cat, Pleiku are on guard against unusual developments when the storm arrives. The Ministry of Construction and the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam have directed airlines to closely monitor weather developments in the storm-affected areas to adjust schedules and ensure absolute safety of flight operations.

Due to the impact of storm No. 3 in the Hong Kong area (China), Vietnam Airlines has just adjusted the operation plan of a number of flights to and from Hong Kong on July 20.

Specifically, flight VN592 from Hanoi to Hong Kong has an old departure time of 10:30, new departure time is 17:00. Flight VN593 from Hong Kong to Hanoi has an old departure time of 14:30, new departure time is 21:00 on the same day.

Flight VN594 from Ho Chi Minh City to Hong Kong has delayed its departure time from 13:45 to 16:20 on the same day. Flight VN595 from Hong Kong to Ho Chi Minh City has a new departure time of 21:00 (local time at the departure point).

In addition, some domestic and international flights on July 20 of airlines may also be affected by storm No. 3. Previously, on July 19, due to bad weather at Noi Bai and Tan Son Nhat airports, many flights had to temporarily stop operations, divert to other airports or wait for operating conditions at the destination airport to ensure safety.
