Brush your hair before washing

Many people often brush their hair after washing it when it is still wet because they think wet hair is easier to detangle. However, freshly washed hair is often very weak and prone to breakage, so brushing at this time can cause hair breakage and split ends.

You should brush your hair before shampooing to reduce tangles, stimulate blood circulation on the scalp, help relax and clean hair more effectively.

Wash with warm water, rinse with cold water

Use warm water to wash your hair to open the cuticles on the scalp, making it easier to remove dirt and excess oil. When rinsing your hair, use cold water to close the cuticles, preventing the scalp from secreting excess oil, making your hair less greasy.

Do not scratch hard

Avoid scratching vigorously while washing your hair, even if it feels itchy. Use your fingertips to gently massage your scalp to clean it and stimulate blood circulation, making your hair stronger.

Dry hair

After shampooing, use a soft towel to dry your hair. Do not rub or wring your hair to retain the necessary moisture and avoid damaging the protective layer around your hair.

Apply conditioner before blow drying

If possible, let your hair dry naturally. If you must blow dry your hair, apply a protective oil first to protect it and then blow dry on a low heat setting to help prevent hair loss.
