At about 6:45 p.m. on November 15, at Km 223+980 of Vinh Hao - Phan Thiet highway (section through Ham Thuan Bac district, Binh Thuan province), the working group discovered car with license plate 85A-050.96 parked in the emergency lane.

For stopping or parking illegally on the highway, drivers will be fined 10-12 million VND and have their driving license revoked for 2-4 months.
According to Highway Traffic Patrol Team No. 6, it is very dangerous for a family to sit and eat right behind the back of a car in the emergency lane, because the driver's visibility is limited at night.
