On the evening of August 15, Ms. Pham Kim Dung - representative of the copyright holder of the Miss Intercontinental representative confirmed that Miss Vietnam 2022 2nd Runner-up Le Nguyen Ngoc Hang will compete in this year's season.
Runner-up Ngoc Hang shows off her outstanding beauty in a new photo series, officially becoming Vietnam's representative at Miss Intercontinental 2023.
As for Ngoc Hang, she said she was very grateful to be trusted with this important task.

Ngoc Hang said she is still in the process of preparing and practicing more skills to go to Miss Intercontinental in Egypt next December.
She believes that, on the road ahead, the love and support from everyone will be the motivation and great strength for her to reach further and reach the final destination.

Runner-up Le Nguyen Ngoc Hang was born in 2003 in Ho Chi Minh City and is currently a student at Western Sydney University in Australia (training facility in Vietnam). She is 1.74m tall and has measurements of 85-60-89cm.
In addition to her beauty, the runner-up has impressive academic achievements, having been an excellent student for 12 years of high school and having an IELTS certificate of 6.0 in high school.
In addition, she can communicate in Japanese and Korean. In 2018, she also participated in composing paintings to celebrate the 45th anniversary of Vietnam - Singapore diplomatic relations. The beauty also has hobbies such as singing, sports, especially martial arts and athletics.
After becoming the 2nd runner-up of Miss Vietnam 2022, she often appeared prominently at events, trying her hand at the role of MC.
