On December 11th, the Na Ngoi Border Guard Station (Nghe An Provincial Border Guard Command) collaborated with the "Huong Tu Bi" Charity Club (formerly Vinh City) to organize the "Warm Winter Clothes for Highland Students" program, aiming to provide practical gifts to students of Na Ngoi 1 Primary School and disadvantaged households in Na Ngoi commune (Nghe An province).

The "Warm Winter Clothes for Students in Mountainous Areas" program has a total budget of approximately 60 million VND.

484 gift packages, including warm clothes, sweets, books, and school supplies, were given to students at Na Ngoi 1 Primary School.
