Deputy Prime Minister Bui Thanh Son listens to opinions from Arobid enterprises at the Autumn Economic Forum 2025.
In this context, trade promotion activities – which are heavily dependent on traditional fairs and exhibitions – are facing the need to transform to adapt to a new environment where data, artificial intelligence and sustainability become the foundation. The Autumn Economic Forum 2025, which opened on the morning of November 25 in Ho Chi Minh City, has become a place to mark this shift when the online exhibition platform Arobid TradeXpo stands out with the “Make in Vietnam” model, helping businesses open up to the world with technology instead of cost.
By eliminating the costs of premises, sample transportation, booth design, personnel, travel and accommodation, businesses can save 80-95% of costs compared to traditional exhibitions. This is a particularly important factor for small and medium-sized enterprises – accounting for more than 97% of the number of Vietnamese enterprises – which have few conditions to participate in international fairs. In the forum's technology exhibition area, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Nguyen Van Duoc directly visited Arobid's booth and highly appreciated the B2B online exhibition model that Vietnamese enterprises have developed themselves. This is not only a technology product, but also a practical trade promotion solution, designed to solve the pressure of cost, time and space constraints that Vietnamese enterprises often face when participating in domestic and foreign fairs. The attention of the city's leaders shows that platforms like TradeXpo are no longer individual private applications, but have entered the "field" of digital economic development policy.
Arobid TradeXpo is introduced as an online exhibition ecosystem integrated with AI. This platform not only displays products in the form of digital booths, but also connects buyers and sellers using data analysis algorithms, live trading, and a real-time buyer behavior tracking system, thereby creating more effective trading opportunities. Chairman of the Board of Directors of Arobid Technology Joint Stock Company, Mr. Tran Van Chin, emphasized that the biggest goal of the platform is to solve "four problems" for businesses: reduce participation costs, shorten organization time, connect without limits and increase transaction probability thanks to AI support in finding suitable customers.

Mr. Tran Van Chin, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Arobid Technology Joint Stock Company, introduced the Arobid TradeXpo platform to Mr. Nguyen Van Duoc, Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee.
The highlight that makes TradeXpo attractive lies in its direct economic efficiency. According to Chairman of the Board of Directors of Arobid Technology Joint Stock Company Tran Van Chin, by eliminating the costs of premises, transportation of samples, booth design, personnel, travel and accommodation, businesses can save 80-95% of costs compared to traditional exhibitions. This is a particularly important factor for small and medium enterprises - accounting for more than 97% of the number of Vietnamese enterprises - which have few conditions to participate in international fairs. In parallel, the preparation time for an online exhibition is only 6-12 days, instead of 3-6 months like the physical model. Shortening the time not only reduces costs but also helps businesses respond more quickly to market fluctuations, especially in the context of global trade changing every quarter, even every week.
Efficiency is not only about savings. In the digital environment, trading opportunities do not end when the fair closes. Online booths operate 24/7, without geographical or time zone restrictions, and are always available to buyers from anywhere. Artificial intelligence supports market analysis, suggesting suitable buyers according to industry, scale, import needs, and even product search habits. Thanks to that, businesses can both produce and participate in promotion, instead of having to choose one or the other due to limited time and resources.

Ms. Phan Thi Thang, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade, visited Arobid booth at the Autumn Economic Forum 2025.
According to the latest statistics from the platform, Arobid TradeXpo has organized more than 17 B2B online events with more than 1,770 booths, over 6,500 products on display and more than 1.2 million visits. This number not only shows the effectiveness of the model, but also reflects the shifting needs of the market: businesses are looking for new ways to expand their customers without having to pay too much cost. If in the past, trade promotion depended heavily on finance, human resources and business scale, now the online model is paving the way for small and medium-sized units to enter the global playing field with minimal cost and maximum technology.
Not only economic benefits, the digital exhibition model also brings environmental value - a factor that is increasingly valued in international commitments. By limiting the transportation of samples, cutting down on travel and not using booth design materials, digital exhibitions contribute to significantly reducing emissions, in line with the green trade trend and the Net-zero 2050 target that Vietnam has committed to. This puts trade promotion activities in the green economic picture, turning them into concrete actions, instead of slogans.
At the forum, the Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee affirmed that TradeXpo has the potential to become a common platform for the country's trade promotion system and suggested that Arobid coordinate with the Ho Chi Minh City Investment and Trade Promotion Center (ITPC) to widely deploy it. From a policy perspective, this is an important step because Decision 1968/QD-TTg sets a target that by 2030, 60% of fairs and exhibitions in Vietnam will be organized in the digital environment. At the same time, Arobid said that the platform aims to support 5 million business households to transform into enterprises and participate in digital commerce, in line with the private sector development orientation under Resolution 68 and the digital economy goal under Resolution 57-NQ.

Arobid TradeXpo: Optimize costs, expand markets and create new standards for trade promotion in Vietnam.
To promote this transformation, Arobid recommends that the State expand the policy of supporting 50% of trade promotion costs – currently only applied to traditional fairs – to the online model. This not only encourages businesses to transform digitally, but also helps the State achieve the goal of digitalization without having to invest in large-cost infrastructure such as halls and exhibition spaces.
From a technological solution, Arobid TradeXpo has suggested a new approach for Vietnam’s trade promotion: more effective, more sustainable and more internationally scalable. In the context of the digital economy becoming a pillar of development, the online exhibition model is no longer a choice but an inevitable transition. If supported by synchronous policy and promoted public-private cooperation, platforms like TradeXpo can help Vietnamese businesses go faster, further and enter the global value chain not by cost, but by technology and data.
