At the same time, they visited the health of Nguyen Thi An Nhien, born in 2015, currently being treated at the National Children's Hospital ( Hanoi ).

Accordingly, car with license plate 36HC-001.78 (concrete pump vehicle) driven by Nguyen Van Duy, born in 1983, residing at 149/1 Quan Son, An Hung ward (Thanh Hoa city) was traveling on Can Co street in the West-East direction (Thanh Hoa city to Hoang Hoa), when reaching the intersection with the belt road of Hoang Long industrial park, Long Anh ward (Thanh Hoa city), it collided with motorbike with license plate 36B8-571.85 driven by Mr. Nguyen Trung Thiem, born in 1960, driving in front in the same direction, behind carrying Nguyen Thi Bao Ngoc, born in 2018 and Nguyen Thi An Nhien, born in 2015, both residing in Yen Vuc street, Tao Xuyen ward (Thanh Hoa city).
