According to the Decision, the wastewater service fee at Tinh Phong Industrial Park is 10,811 VND/m³, applicable to cases where the COD content of wastewater does not exceed 150 mg/l. If the COD exceeds the above threshold, the price will be adjusted according to the coefficient K stipulated in Circular No. 13/2018 of the Minister of Construction ; the above price does not include value added tax (VAT).
The issuance of wastewater service fees this time is an important basis for businesses to proactively manage their production and business activities, ensure transparency in environmental costs, and comply with current legal regulations on pricing, drainage, and wastewater treatment.
