That is the opinion of Journalist Le Huy Toan, Provincial Party Committee member, Editor-in-Chief of Lam Dong Newspaper and Radio and Television (PTTH) at a working session with leaders of the Provincial Business Association on coordination and information sharing.

Editor-in-Chief of Lam Dong Newspaper and Television Le Huy Toan emphasized the spirit of companionship and sharing between the unit and the Business Association in communication and cooperation work.

Speaking at the meeting, Editor-in-Chief Le Huy Toan frankly mentioned the information that the representative of the Provincial Business Association reflected at the Dialogue Conference with businesses in 2025.

Accordingly, there are two issues that need to be clarified so that the Business Association can correctly understand the functions, tasks and implementation process of the press agency. Thereby, the two sides will have better sharing, cooperation and companionship in the coming time.

Firstly, Lam Dong Newspaper and Television is a revenue-generating public service unit, which was merged from 6 press agencies of 3 provinces before. From the scale of the apparatus, personnel to the scope of distribution and coverage, it is very large. To ensure the operation of the agency, revenue collection is very important.

Therefore, the price for brand promotion and business activities based on advertising and propaganda contracts has been carefully calculated by the Editorial Board to ensure balance and suitability of activities, helping the partners of the Newspaper and PTTH to reach an agreement with each other.

Second, when merging, the three electronic newspaper platforms of the three old provinces must be synchronized into a new Lam Dong Electronic Newspaper platform. Therefore, the priority content to be updated is a political task. For other content, the system must be upgraded to have enough capacity, then the remaining information will continue to be selected and adjusted.

Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Lam Dong Newspaper and Television Bui Thanh Quang discussed with the Provincial Business Association about the process of implementing advertising and propaganda contracts between the unit and businesses and units in the province.

Regarding the content, the Business Association requested that previous information of the business must be updated and displayed on the new Lam Dong Newspaper, the Editorial Board will adjust during the process of upgrading the Electronic Newspaper. At the same time, based on the previous advertising and propaganda contract between businesses and press agencies.

At the meeting, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Hien, Vice President of Lam Dong Provincial Business Association, said that in recent times, Lam Dong Newspaper and Television have effectively provided information support to businesses. Many news and articles have contributed to spreading outstanding achievements, as well as reflecting difficulties and obstacles... which have been recognized and highly appreciated by the business community.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Hien, Vice President of Lam Dong Provincial Business Association, hopes that the unit and Lam Dong Newspaper and Television will have a specific cooperation mechanism in the coming time, bringing about better propaganda and promotion results.

However, due to the large-scale merger of the Press Agency, there are major adjustments compared to the previous press agency within the scope of 1 province. This leads to businesses not having full information about the editorial process, advertising mechanism, price levels, as well as the issue of storing news, advertisements, propaganda, etc.

Mr. Dam Minh Tuan, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Business Association, shared businesses' feedback at the meeting.

As the leader of the Association, Ms. Hien believes that these issues need to be further reflected. Therefore, the reflection of information at the 2025 Business Dialogue Conference on August 29 was due to the Association not fully understanding the regulations, procedures, and functions and tasks of Lam Dong Newspaper and PTTH. This led to misunderstandings for all parties.

Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Lam Dong Newspaper and Television, Vu Ngoc Tu, suggested that when signing contracts for propaganda and cooperation with businesses, it is necessary to apply communication methods such as seminars and working with many parties. This will help spread positive values ​​and effectively promote the image of businesses more widely.

In order to make the coordination and information sharing between the Provincial Business Association, enterprises, and the Provincial Newspaper and Television more practical, with faster and more complete information, the Association hopes that in the coming time there will be a specific cooperation mechanism, bringing better propaganda and promotion results.

At the meeting, members of Lam Dong Newspaper and PTTH shared and discussed specific issues that were unclear with the leaders of the Provincial Business Association. At the same time, they proposed to units and businesses new communication methods to help spread the positive values ​​of businesses more widely.
