To practically celebrate the 65th anniversary of the publication of the first issue of the Education and Times Newspaper, the Editorial Board is implementing a program to mobilize hands to support the repair and construction of public housing for teachers in remote areas.

Through the Newspaper's investigation, the teachers' dormitory in Vinh Loc hamlet (Vinh Binh town, Chau Thanh district, An Giang province) has seriously degraded after 20 years of use.

Through the appeal, Education and Times Newspaper received the sharing and companionship of readers, joining hands to help teachers have a place to live and teach.

Along with the handover of support for repairing and renovating the teachers' dormitory with a budget of 100 million VND sponsored by Van Hien University, Education and Times Newspaper also awarded 50 "Support to school" scholarships, each worth 500,000 VND and 50 gifts including: backpacks, notebooks, school supplies..., each worth 350,000 VND to students who have overcome difficulties to study well in Chau Thanh district.
