At around 4pm on November 14, storm No. 8 in the northwest sea area of ​​the North East Sea changed direction to the west, speed about 10km/h, gradually weakening. The strongest wind near the storm center was level 8, gusting to level 10.

At 4:00 p.m. on November 15, the storm was moving west-southwest at 5-10km per hour and gradually weakening into a tropical depression. The strongest wind near the storm center was level 6-7, gusting to level 9.

From the next 72 to 96 hours, the tropical depression will move in the southwest direction, about 5km per hour, and its intensity will continue to weaken.

Impact of storm No. 8, the northern sea area of ​​the North East Sea has strong winds of level 6-7, near the storm's eye level 8-10, gusts of level 12, waves 3-5m high, near the storm's eye 5-7m, very rough seas.

In addition, the forecast for the tropical depression weakening from storm No. 7, the meteorological agency said that at 1:00 p.m. on November 12, the center of the tropical depression was located over the sea of ​​Quang Ngai - Binh Dinh. The strongest wind near the center of the tropical depression was level 6 (39-49 km/h), gusting to level 8, moving in a south-southwest direction, at a speed of 5-10 km/h.

At around 1:00 a.m. on November 13, the tropical depression in the coastal area of ​​Quang Ngai- Phu Yen provinces continued to move in a south-southwest direction, traveling about 10km per hour, weakening into a low pressure area.
