The victim was Mr. Nguyen Van Tr., born in 1991, residing in Phu Hop 1 village, Phu Nhuan commune.

According to initial information, the accident occurred when Mr. Tr. and a relative were using a mini concrete mixer. During use, the concrete mixer malfunctioned, resulting in Mr. Tr. being electrocuted. Although his relative discovered him and quickly unplugged the machine, Mr. Tr. died.

Family and relatives are making funeral arrangements for the victim.

Immediately after the accident occurred, the local authorities visited and offered condolences to the victim's family, and simultaneously notified relevant agencies to inspect the scene and investigate the cause of the accident.
