The victim was Nguyen Van Tr., born in 1991, residing in Phu Hop 1 village, Phu Nhuan commune.

According to initial information, the accident occurred when Mr. Tr. and a relative were using a mini concrete mixer. During use, the concrete mixer leaked electricity, leading to Mr. Tr. being electrocuted. Although his relatives discovered it and promptly unplugged it, Mr. Tr. died.

Immediately after the accident, the commune authorities visited and encouraged the victim's family, and at the same time notified the authorities to inspect the scene and investigate the cause of the accident.
