At that moment, a teacher of the school tried to intervene but was stopped by Mr. Nguyen Thanh Bao. Many teachers and staff of the school cafeteria tried to intervene but were unsuccessful. Afterwards, the Principal of My An Secondary School discovered the incident, went to intervene and invited the parents into the room to resolve the matter, but was grabbed by the collar by Ms. Manh, dragged and swung her arm to assault the principal, but was stopped by the teacher... About 15 minutes later, the local police arrived at the scene, invited Ms. D.TDT and the two parents to the police station to work and asked those who witnessed the incident to write a report.

According to the Department of Education and Training of Thap Muoi District, the above incident caused chaos in the schoolyard. After being assaulted, Ms. D.TDT had a bleeding mouth and a headache, causing many other teachers to panic. After receiving information about the above incident, the Department of Education and Training of Thap Muoi District directed the Principal of My An Secondary School to first seriously handle Ms. T.'s substandard behavior and hold a meeting with the school's pedagogical council to learn from the experience of the whole school.
