Closing ceremony of national defense and security knowledge training for subject 3

On the morning of August 6th, at Regiment 244 (Uong Bi City), the Quang Ninh Provincial Council for National Defense and Security Education held the closing ceremony for the third course of the 2024 National Defense and Security knowledge training program for target group 3.

Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Son, Deputy Commander of the Quang Ninh Provincial Military Command, presented certificates of completion for the national defense and security knowledge training program to the trainees.

Over a period of 12 days, 101 trainees, including heads and deputy heads of departments, agencies, and organizations at the provincial level, as well as officials from district-level departments and agencies, and key officials at the commune level, studied 20 topics on national defense and security, such as: the Party's guidelines and viewpoints, and the State's policies and laws on national defense and security; building a national defense system based on the people's security posture in the cause of building and protecting the socialist Vietnamese Fatherland...

At the end of the course, all 101 participants were recognized as having completed the national defense and security knowledge training program as prescribed, with 38.6% achieving excellent grades and the remainder achieving good grades.

Through this course, the aim is to help trainees acquire additional knowledge and skills in advising and proposing solutions for national defense and security tasks at their agencies, units, and localities; and at the same time, improve their skills to meet the requirements of building and protecting the Fatherland in the new situation, thereby contributing to building a strong national defense posture linked with a strong people's security posture; and building a solid defense zone.
