(Dan Tri Newspaper) - A local resident discovered an abandoned baby boy on a deserted road late at night, along with a bottle of prepared milk that was still warm.
On January 5th, the police in Huong Son commune, Tan Ky district, Nghe An province, issued a notice seeking the relatives of an abandoned baby in the area.
Captain Pham Ngoc Son, Head of the Huong Son Commune Police, said the child was discovered by a resident of Tan Hong hamlet (Huong Son commune) at around 11 PM on January 4th, on a deserted road.

"At this time, the temperature in the area is very low, 8-9 degrees Celsius, with thick fog and freezing temperatures. The baby was dressed warmly, wrapped in a blanket, and had a bag of items next to him. Besides clothes and medicine, the bag also contained a warm bottle of prepared milk and a plastic rack for hanging wet baby clothes," Captain Pham Ngoc Son reported.
The baby was taken to the Huong Son Commune Health Station for a health check by local residents and the commune police. The examination revealed the baby boy, approximately three months old, was in normal health.
While waiting to find her relatives, the baby was handed over to a local family and the local health station for coordinated care.
