Arnaud Schuttrumpf - an internship at famous Michelin-starred restaurants

Arnaud decided to embark on a career as a professional chef at Michelin-starred restaurants around France.

With a desire to explore the culinary world , Arnaud continued his journey of experience in many different countries. From Italy to Spain, the Netherlands and the Caribbean, each stop was a valuable milestone that helped him expand his limits and shape his culinary style.

"The kitchen is a laboratory where colleagues collaborate and inspire each other. With Vietnam gradually becoming the kitchen of the world, this motivates me to take on this exciting new challenge at Square One. I bring with me a spirit of continuous learning, creativity as well as a commitment to top quality to lead diners to discover the magic of flavors through Michelin-standard culinary experiences," said Chef Arnaud Schuttrumpf.
