Can I get admitted to university if my conduct is downgraded?

I was late for school and had my conduct grade lowered two levels in one semester. I don't know how it will affect my university admissions.

I am an 11th grade student. Due to being late to school, my first semester conduct score was downgraded two levels, from good to average.

If I have good conduct in the second semester, my conduct for the whole year can only be good. Will this affect my university admission? If I have good conduct for a year, can I be considered for direct admission to university?
