Dispatching 15 civil servants, public employees and workers to 2 mountainous communes

(Baothanhhoa.vn) - The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee decided to second 15 civil servants, public employees, and workers from departments and branches to work at the People's Committees of Muong Lat commune and Pu Nhi commune for a period of 6 months.

On July 12, 2025, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Thi signed Decision No. 2436/QD-UBND on the secondment of civil servants, public employees, and workers to work at the People's Committees of Muong Lat commune and Pu Nhi commune.

According to the Decision, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee decided to second 15 civil servants, public employees, and workers from departments and branches to work at the People's Committee of Muong Lat commune and the People's Committee of Pu Nhi commune to perform tasks related to the local government at 2 levels. Of which, the People's Committee of Muong Lat commune has 7 people, the People's Committee of Pu Nhi commune has 8 people ( See detailed list here ).

Secondment period is 6 months, from July 14, 2025.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the People's Committees of Muong Lat and Pu Nhi communes to be responsible for managing, assigning work and arranging necessary conditions for civil servants, public employees and workers to be seconded to perform tasks according to regulations.

Regarding accommodation for civil servants and public employees, Muong Lat Commune People's Committee arranges accommodation for civil servants and public employees seconded to work in the locality; Pu Nhi Border Guard Station arranges accommodation for civil servants, public employees and workers seconded to work at Pu Nhi Commune People's Committee.

Directors of departments and heads of sectors with civil servants, public employees and workers on secondment are responsible for arranging transportation, accommodation and living expenses and implementing regimes and policies for civil servants, public employees and workers of the seconded units according to regulations; at the same time, are responsible for receiving and arranging work for civil servants, public employees and workers after the secondment ends according to regulations.
