The Provincial Military Command announced the Decision regulating the classification and reorganization of agencies and units.

On the morning of February 20th, the Provincial Military Command held a ceremony to announce the Decision regulating the classification of local military organizations; reorganizing the Provincial Military Command, District Military Commands, and subordinate units. Major General Nguyen Ngoc Ha, Deputy Commander of Military Region 4, and Mr. Dau Thanh Tung, Provincial Party Committee member and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, attended the ceremony.

At the ceremony, the leaders of the Provincial Military Command announced the Decision of the Ministry of National Defense on the reorganization of the Provincial Military Command, the District Military Commands, and units directly under the Provincial Military Command.

The Ministry of National Defence's decisions stipulate the classification of local military organizations and issue organizational and staffing schedules for the Provincial Military Command (Grade 1), District Military Commands (Grade 1 and Grade 2), and units directly under the Provincial Military Command (peacetime).

Major General Nguyen Ngoc Ha, Deputy Commander of Military Region 4, presented the decision on the organizational structure of the Provincial Military Command (Grade 1) and the District Military Commands (Grade 1 and Grade 2), and units directly under the Provincial Military Command (peacetime).

Speaking at the ceremony, Major General Nguyen Ngoc Ha, Deputy Commander of Military Region 4, requested the Party Committee of the Provincial Military Command to quickly consolidate and stabilize the organization and staffing according to regulations; focusing on the arrangement and placement of personnel at all levels, adjusting and supplementing the number of personnel and technical equipment for reorganized units that are lacking and newly established units, without affecting, disrupting, or interrupting the regular tasks of the agencies and units.

Along with stabilizing the organizational structure and administrative staff, it is necessary to promptly consolidate Party organizations, mass organizations, and the Military Council, while building a team of cadres, Party members, and Youth Union members with sufficient qualities and capabilities to meet the requirements and tasks; and to closely monitor the ideological situation of officers and soldiers after personnel arrangements are made according to the Decisions of the Military Region and the Provincial Military Command.

For the Logistics and Technical Department and several merged, reorganized, and newly established platoon-level organizations, the Party committee and commanders thoroughly implemented and innovated methods and styles in leadership and management, creating positive changes in awareness, responsibility, and implementation. At the same time, attention was paid to caring for the material and spiritual well-being of officers and soldiers, ensuring they could work with peace of mind and successfully complete their assigned tasks. In particular, the Logistics and Technical Department focused on providing effective advice and ensuring the necessary conditions for both regular and unexpected missions of the provincial armed forces as prescribed.

Also this morning, the Provincial Military Command held a conference to present personnel decisions to 22 officers of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Military Command; decisions regarding two officers' retirement pending retirement; decisions regarding three officers' retirement under the prescribed regulations; and the handover of responsibilities and duties of the Head of Logistics and Technical Services of the Provincial Military Command following the merger and reorganization in accordance with the policy of the Ministry of National Defense.
