Appointment of department-level management leaders and management leaders of public service units of Cao Bang Department of Construction

On the morning of December 10, 2021, Cao Bang Department of Construction held a conference to announce the decision to appoint leaders of the Planning - Architecture Department and leaders of the Center for Architecture - Construction Planning.

Attending the ceremony, Comrade Doan Quoc Chinh - Party Secretary - Director of the Department of Construction chaired the conference, Comrade Ly Van Thang - Deputy Director of the Department of Construction and leaders of departments and units under the Department of Construction.

At the ceremony, comrade Doan Quoc Chinh presented the Decision to comrade Le Xuan Lap to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Center for Architecture - Construction Planning and comrade Nguyen Thi Phuong Hong to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Department of Planning - Architecture.

Accordingly, in Decision No. 2179/QD-XD dated November 23, 2021 of the Director of the Department of Construction appointing Mr. Le Xuan Lap, staff of the Department of Planning, Engineering - Project Management Consulting and Construction Supervision, Center for Architecture - Construction Planning, Cao Bang Department of Construction, holds the position of Deputy Director of the Center for Architecture - Construction Planning, Cao Bang Department of Construction. The term of appointment is 05 years; Decision No. 2180/QD-XD dated November 23, 2021 of the Director of the Department of Construction appoints Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Hong, specialist of the Department of Planning - Architecture, Cao Bang Department of Construction, to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Department of Planning - Architecture, Cao Bang Department of Construction. The term of appointment is 05 years.

Handing over the decision and giving the assignment speech, comrade Doan Quoc Chinh - Director of the Department of Construction congratulated the comrades for being trusted and given the responsibility to hold the positions. At the same time, he praised, acknowledged and highly appreciated the achievements and contributions of the comrades in each working position, contributing to the development of the construction industry in particular and the province in general. The Director of the Department of Construction emphasized that this is an honor but also a responsibility for the comrades appointed before the Department, hoping that the comrades appointed this time will continue to strive, unite, practice, constantly study to improve their political qualities, revolutionary ethics and professional qualifications, promote their capacity, practical experience, and work with the new agencies and units to successfully complete the assigned tasks. In addition, the comrades need to quickly grasp and approach the work to proactively advise the Department's leaders on the tasks of the industry.
