Appointment of departmental and unit-level management staff of the Cao Bang Department of Construction.

On the morning of December 10, 2021, the Cao Bang Department of Construction held a conference to announce the decision to appoint leaders of the Planning and Architecture Department and the Center for Architecture and Construction Planning.

Attending the ceremony were Comrade Doan Quoc Chinh - Secretary of the Party Committee - Director of the Department of Construction, who chaired the meeting, Comrade Ly Van Thang - Deputy Director of the Department of Construction, and leaders of departments and units under the Department of Construction.

At the ceremony, Comrade Doan Quoc Chinh presented the Decision appointing Comrade Le Xuan Lap as Deputy Director of the Center for Architecture and Construction Planning and Comrade Nguyen Thi Phuong Hong as Deputy Head of the Planning and Architecture Department.

Accordingly, Decision No. 2179/QD-XD dated November 23, 2021, of the Director of the Department of Construction appoints... Mr. Le Xuan Lap, an employee of the Planning, Technical - Project Management Consulting and Construction Supervision Department, Center for Architecture - Construction Planning, Cao Bang Department of Construction, is appointed as Deputy Director of the Center for Architecture - Construction Planning, Cao Bang Department of Construction. The term of appointment is 5 years; Decision No. 2180/QD-XD dated November 23, 2021, of the Director of the Department of Construction appoints Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Hong, specialist in the Planning - Architecture Department, Cao Bang Department of Construction, to the position of Deputy Head of the Planning - Architecture Department, Cao Bang Department of Construction. The term of appointment is 5 years.

Comrade Doan Quoc Chinh - Director of the Department of Construction and Comrade Ly Van Thang - Deputy Director of the Department of Construction presented flowers to congratulate the two comrades on their appointments.

Presenting the appointment decisions and assigning duties, Comrade Doan Quoc Chinh – Director of the Department of Construction – congratulated the comrades on being entrusted with important responsibilities in their new positions. He also praised, acknowledged, and highly appreciated the achievements and contributions of the comrades in each position, which have contributed to the development of the construction industry in particular and the province in general. The Director of the Department of Construction emphasized that this is an honor but also a responsibility for the newly appointed comrades. He hoped that the newly appointed comrades would continue to strive, unite, train, constantly learn to improve their political qualities, revolutionary ethics, and professional skills, and utilize their abilities and practical experience to successfully complete the assigned tasks with their new agencies and units. Furthermore, he urged the comrades to quickly grasp and familiarize themselves with the work, proactively advising the Department's leadership on the industry's tasks.

Comrade Le Xuan Lap, the newly appointed Deputy Director of the Center for Architecture and Construction Planning, delivered a speech at the conference.

In his acceptance speech, Comrade Le Xuan Lap, representing the two newly appointed comrades, respectfully expressed his gratitude to the Party Committee, the Department's leadership, the leaders of the affiliated centers, the leaders of the departments, and all the officials and staff of the Department for their trust, confidence, and support. Comrade Le Xuan Lap also pledged to dedicate his full commitment, energy, and intellect with the highest sense of responsibility and enthusiasm to fulfilling the assigned tasks to the best of his ability, thereby contributing to the further development of the center and the development of the sector in particular and the Department in general.
