This makes textbooks with consistent designs that are appropriate to Vietnamese culture and teaching practices particularly necessary.
This set of textbooks was developed for Vietnamese students.
The i-Learn Smart Start and i-Learn Smart World textbooks (referred to as i-Learn) were compiled by Dai Truong Phat Education Group (DTP) right from the initial design stage, closely following the curriculum framework issued by the Ministry of Education and Training .
This set of textbooks was intentionally designed to fully meet the structure, objectives, and learning outcomes of the 2018 general education curriculum, creating a distinction from textbooks whose content was originally developed for foreign educational contexts.
The topics and situations in the book are selected from the familiar lives of Vietnamese students, being both practical and academically sound according to the curriculum framework of the Ministry of Education and Training, forming a coherent learning path from primary school to high school.
Comprehensive solution
Beyond its role as a textbook, i-Learn is developed as a comprehensive solution for the entire English teaching and learning process. This system encompasses all steps from initial competency assessment, teaching organization, practice support, to testing, evaluation, and monitoring student progress.
The accompanying ecosystem, including Eduhome, Edufun, i-Test, and LCMS i-School, facilitates lesson planning for teachers, provides students with an expanded practice environment, and enables schools to assess abilities transparently and consistently.
This comprehensive operational model is what makes i-Learn highly regarded for its practical implementation potential in many localities across the country.

i-Learn is currently one of the English textbook series with the largest market share in Vietnam and is trusted by many localities. Its widespread publication and effective implementation have created an important foundation for the series to access international markets – where the requirements for quality learning materials are stringent.
Quality is confirmed by the international market.
Not only has the i-Learn textbook been chosen in many localities nationwide, but it has also been introduced at major international book fairs such as the Frankfurt Book Fair, attracting the attention of many publishers and educational organizations.
Since then, the book series has been distributed to many countries such as Morocco, Singapore, Thailand, Laos, and Cambodia – markets with diverse learning material requirements and varying levels of English proficiency.
In particular, the collaboration in content development with several educational institutions in Japan – a country known for its exceptionally rigorous standards for evaluating educational materials – is clear evidence of the quality and international competitiveness of the book series.
This is also an important indication that Vietnamese English learning materials are fully capable of meeting the requirements of demanding markets.

Wide coverage, adaptability to various educational environments, and synchronization from curriculum to digital learning materials are factors that give i-Learn textbooks an advantage in the current educational reform context.
