The Capital Command visited and gave gifts to people affected by storms in My Duc.

Continuing the joint activities to overcome the consequences of floods caused by storm No. 3, Major General Nguyen Quoc Toan - Deputy Commander of the Hanoi Capital Command, on behalf of the working delegation, shared the losses and damages caused by storms in An Phu commune, My Duc district. At the same time, with the support of the government, unions, organizations and forces, Major General Nguyen Quoc Toan hopes that people will soon stabilize their lives.

Major General Nguyen Quoc Toan - Deputy Commander of the Hanoi Capital Command, on behalf of the working delegation, spoke at the gift-giving ceremony.

Accordingly, the Working Group presented 50 million VND to 50 households in difficult circumstances; presented social security gift bags, each bag including dry food, 1,100 energy bars; 70 barrels of clean water; and 1.5 tons of necessities.

It is known that although nearly two weeks have passed since storm No. 3, many places in My Duc district are still flooded, people's lives are disrupted, they have to travel by boat, not to mention the loss of property and crops; in particular, many villages in An Phu commune have many flooded sections.
