Summer political training for educational management staff, lecturers and teachers in 2025

(laichau.gov.vn) This morning (August 25), the Department of Education and Training held the opening ceremony of the Summer Political Training for educational management staff, lecturers and teachers in 2025. Comrade Mac Quang Dung - Director of the Department of Education and Training attended and delivered the opening speech.

The training course was organized in a combination of direct and online connections from the provincial bridge to 182 bridge points of 38 communes and wards across the province.

The training course aims to equip and update professional knowledge and political theory, viewpoints, guidelines of the Party, policies, laws of the State and development policies of the industry. Thereby, improving the political capacity, moral qualities, professional responsibility of the team; creating unity in perception and action in implementing the tasks of the school year and the education development strategy of the province in the new period.

Speaking at the opening of the training course, comrade Mac Quang Dung - Director of the Department of Education and Training requested managers, lecturers and teachers to seriously absorb the information conveyed by the lecturers, prepare documents in advance, proactively research to master the training content, thereby participating in learning with a proactive, inquisitive and responsible spirit; actively discuss and share management and teaching experiences, testing and evaluation methods. Special attention should be paid to applying the acquired knowledge into practice to develop school education plans, innovate teaching methods, apply information technology and artificial intelligence (AI) in management and teaching, improve the quality of student education at the unit in the new situation...

At the training course, 8,661 managers, lecturers and teachers of schools in the province were equipped with knowledge about: Resolution No. 66-NQ/TW, dated April 30, 2025 of the Politburo on innovation in law making and enforcement to meet the requirements of national development in the new era; Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW, dated May 4, 2025 of the Politburo on private economic development; Action Program No. 65-CTr/TU, dated July 7, 2025 of the Provincial Party Committee on implementing Resolution 68-NQ/TW, dated May 4, 2025 of the Politburo on private economic development; Resolution 57-NQ/TW, dated December 22, 2024 on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation; Action Program No. 63-CTr/TU, dated February 27, 2025 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on implementing Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW, dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation; Plan 337-KH/TU, dated May 5, 2025 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on implementing the "Digital Education for All" Movement in Lai Chau province; Plan 365-KH/TU, dated July 1, 2025 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on implementing Plan No. 02-KH/BCĐTW, dated June 19, 2025 of the Central Steering Committee on promoting interconnected, synchronous, fast and effective digital transformation to meet the requirements of restructuring the political system's apparatus; Plan No. 1101/KH-UBND dated March 17, 2025 of Lai Chau Provincial People's Committee on implementing the Education Development Strategy to 2030, with a vision to 2045 in Lai Chau province.

At the same time, information on the 2-level local government model in the management and operation of the Education and Training sector in the province; information on a number of key tasks and solutions of the Education and Training sector in the 2025-2026 school year.

At the end of the training course, managers, lecturers and teachers will participate in a survey with a total of 50 questions in 120 minutes.

As planned, the training course will last until August 26.
