Traffic police spread rice husks on oil spills to help people and tourists participate in traffic safely.

At about 1:50 p.m. on June 3, the Working Group of Team 6, Traffic Police Department, Provincial Police discovered an oil spill about 3 km long on National Highway 4D, in Trung Chai commune, Sa Pa town.

Immediately after the discovery, officers and soldiers of the Task Force 6 ordered vehicles to stop, directed traffic, and handled the oil spill so that people and tourists could travel safely. Specifically, the Task Force 6 used rice husk bags spread on the oil spill to absorb the oil, creating roughness to avoid slipping.
