Fire at oil warehouse in Lam Dong, many cars burned down

The fire broke out at 0:15 on September 1 at a warehouse storing lubricants on Lac Long Quan Street, Loc Nga Commune, Bao Loc City, Lam Dong Province.

According to initial information, at this time, a fire broke out inside the warehouse mentioned above, then quickly engulfed the entire area. People present at the scene used mini fire extinguishers to put out the fire but were unsuccessful.

Upon receiving the news, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police of Lam Dong Province mobilized 3 fire trucks and 30 officers and soldiers to the scene to put out the fire.

The warehouse area containing lubricants burned fiercely, the flames rose more than 10 meters high, making it difficult to control the fire.

By 5:30 a.m. the same day, the fire was basically extinguished. The fire did not cause any human casualties, however, all the lubricants, 3 trucks, 1 pickup truck, and 1 forklift in the warehouse were completely burned down.

Heat from the fire also affected homes and belongings of several other households in the area.

The cause of the fire is being investigated by authorities.
