The Department of Construction Youth Union coordinated to organize the Winter Volunteer Program 2022 and Spring Volunteer Program 2023; Welcome the success of the 12th National Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, term 2022-2027

Pursuant to Official Dispatch No. 44-CV/ĐTN dated November 18, 2022 of the Executive Committee of the Youth Union of provincial agencies and enterprises on organizing the Winter Volunteer Program 2022 and Spring Volunteer Program 2023; Official Dispatch No. 49-CV/ĐTN dated December 12, 2022 of the Executive Committee of the Youth Union of provincial agencies and enterprises on participating in activities in response to the Youth Day of Action to welcome the success of the 12th National Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, term 2022-2027; Plan No. 54-KH/ĐTN dated December 14, 2022 of the Executive Committee of the Youth Union of Cao Bang Department of Construction.

On the afternoon of December 17, 2022, the Department of Construction Youth Union coordinated with the Ha Lang District Youth Union to present 30 gifts (each gift worth 500,000 VND) to households in especially difficult circumstances, single-parent families, and poor students who have overcome difficulties in Thang Loi commune, Ha Lang district.

Attending the program were comrade Bui Xuan Ky, member of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of the Department of Construction, comrade Tham Van Khiem , member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Lang district, comrade Luc Thi Nguyen, Deputy Secretary of the Ha Lang District Youth Union, comrade Thach Ngoc Son, Secretary of the Youth Union of the Department of Construction, comrade Ngon Tuan Duc, Secretary of the People's - Government - Party Youth Union of Ha Lang district , leaders of the People's Committee of Thang Loi commune, leaders of specialized departments and Youth Union members of the two Youth Unions.

Although the gift is small in material terms, it is the heart of all the Youth Union members of the two Youth Union branches sent to households with especially difficult circumstances, single elderly people, and poor students overcoming difficulties in Thang Loi commune. We hope that people and students will overcome difficulties, escape poverty and welcome the Year of the Cat 2023 in warmth and love.

Through this activity, the Department of Construction Youth Union hopes that there will be more youth unions, individuals and organizations joining hands to organize many meaningful volunteer programs, helping many disadvantaged families, lonely elderly people, poor students,...
