The Department of Construction's Youth Union coordinated to organize the Winter Volunteer Program 2022 and Spring Volunteer Program 2023; Welcoming the success of the 12th National Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, term 2022-2027

Pursuant to Official Dispatch No. 44-CV/ĐTN dated November 18, 2022 of the Provincial Youth Union Executive Committee of agencies and enterprises on organizing the Winter Volunteer Program 2022 and Spring Volunteer Program 2023; Official Dispatch No. 49-CV/ĐTN dated December 12, 2022 of the Provincial Youth Union Executive Committee of agencies and enterprises on participating in activities in response to the Youth Day of Action to welcome the success of the 12th National Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, term 2022-2027; Plan No. 54-KH/ĐTN dated December 14, 2022 of the Executive Committee of the Cao Bang Department of Construction Youth Union.

On the afternoon of December 17, 2022, the Youth Union of the Department of Construction, in coordination with the Youth Union of the People's, Government, and Party of Ha Lang District , organized the donation of 30 gift packages (each worth 500,000 VND) to families with particularly difficult circumstances, elderly people living alone, and poor students who have overcome difficulties in Thang Loi Commune, Ha Lang District.

Attending the program were Comrade Bui Xuan Ky, Member of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of the Department of Construction; Comrade Tham Van Khiem , Member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Lang District; Comrade Luc Thi Nguyen, Deputy Secretary of the Ha Lang District Youth Union; Comrade Thach Ngoc Son, Secretary of the Youth Union Branch of the Department of Construction; Comrade Ngon Tuan Duc, Secretary of the People-Government-Party Youth Union Branch of Ha Lang District ; leaders of Thang Loi Commune People's Committee; leaders of specialized departments; and youth union members from both branches.

Although the gifts are small in material value, they represent the heartfelt sentiments of all the youth union members from both branches towards families facing particularly difficult circumstances, elderly people living alone, and underprivileged students in Thang Loi commune. We hope that the people and students will overcome difficulties, escape poverty, and celebrate the Lunar New Year 2023 in warmth and love.

Through this activity, the Youth Union of the Department of Construction hopes that more other youth unions, individuals , and organizations will join hands to organize meaningful volunteer programs, helping many disadvantaged families, elderly people living alone, poor students, etc.
