Wu Qian withdrew from Riding the Wind 2023 due to health reasons.
According to Sohu, in the latest announcement, Wu Qian's studio stated that the actress had to go to the hospital for examination and treatment due to the effects of her surgery on both eyes. Therefore, she will not be able to attend the filming of the next episode and the fourth performance round.
It is understood that the reason the actress's condition worsened was because she did not rest as advised by her doctor, leading to some adverse reactions and a displaced lens.

In the third performance round, which aired on June 10th, Chi Pu was on the same team as Ly Sa Man Tu and Ngo Thien. They performed the song "Want to Go to the Beach" by Phung De Mac. The performance was youthful and fun, but lacked a highlight.
