ATP Finals 2025 has found 4/8 excellent male tennis players to participate in the tournament taking place at the end of the year in Italy.

Halfway through the race for a spot in the 2025 ATP Finals, Alexander Zverev has become the fourth player to join Carlos Alcaraz, Jannik Sinner, and Novak Djokovic. The tournament will take place from November 9th to 16th in Turin, Italy.

Alexander Zverev has officially qualified for his eighth ATP Finals appearance. His ticket to Turin was secured after his opponent Tallon Griekspoor withdrew due to injury before their quarterfinal match at the Vienna Open. This allowed Zverev to advance to the semifinals.

This is a well-deserved reward for Zverev's efforts throughout the 2025 season. He had an impressive year, reaching the final of the Australian Open. The German player triumphed on home soil in Munich to claim his 24th ATP Tour title.

Zverev is no stranger to the year-end tournament. He has won the title twice, in 2018 and 2021. Since the tournament moved to Turin in 2021, Zverev has had an impressive record of 9 wins and 3 losses.

Before him, the top three players in the world had already qualified: Carlos Alcaraz, Jannik Sinner, and Novak Djokovic.

Currently, the remaining four spots are still being fiercely contested among many players. According to the "Race to Turin" rankings, Taylor Fritz is currently the leading player, ranked 5th. Following him are Ben Shelton, Alex de Minaur, and Lorenzo Musetti.

However, opportunities still remain for the chasing players such as Felix Auger-Aliassime, Casper Ruud, Daniil Medvedev, and Andrey Rublev.
