(Dan Tri Newspaper) - Concerned about the impact on pedestrian safety, the leaders of Long Binh ward (Bien Hoa City) urged the homeowner to move the car parked on the gate to the ground.
On November 22nd, regarding the incident where Mr. Pham Anh Duc (50 years old, residing in Block 2A, Long Binh Ward) hoisted an old car and placed it on his gate, the leaders of Long Binh Ward (Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province) requested urban order officers and police to investigate.
The car was parked on the gate, with only the shell remaining; the engine frame had been dismantled by the homeowner. However, for safety reasons, the ward authorities urged the homeowner to remove the car. That same afternoon, Mr. Pham Anh Duc hired a crane to lower the car from his gate to the ground.

In recent days, many people from Bien Hoa City and neighboring districts have come to Mr. Pham Anh Duc's house to take commemorative photos with the car parked on the gate.
Mr. Pham Anh Duc said that the green four-seater car was the first vehicle his family owned, 20 years ago. He is from Ha Tinh province and moved to Dong Nai with his family to start a new life when he was young.
"For many years, I've bought new cars, but I didn't want to sell my old one because it holds memories from my early days as a businessman. Because I didn't have a place to park it, I recently decided to hoist the old car and place it high up right at the gate of my house. To ensure safety, I used several large iron bars to secure the car," Mr. Duc shared.
