Directly inspecting the construction sites, at the intersection of component project 1 with provincial road 945 (belonging to package 43); listening to the investor and contractors report on the construction progress as well as proposals and recommendations to remove difficulties in the project implementation process, Chairman of An Giang Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Mung commended and acknowledged the drastic participation of relevant departments, branches, investors, construction units and local authorities in organizing implementation, ensuring project progress, despite having shortened the project implementation time twice.

The Chairman of the People's Committee of An Giang province requested the local Party Committee, authorities, departments, branches, the Provincial Project Management Board and contractors to be determined, resolute, and proactive in ensuring the completion of the project's progress, according to the direction of the Prime Minister. Resolutely handle weak contractors who do not meet the project's progress requirements. The Department of Agriculture and Environment coordinates with relevant units to review the mines (sand, stone) in the province to advise the Provincial People's Committee on solutions to provide the project to ensure the construction progress.
The investor and construction units proactively implemented construction plans, mobilized maximum machinery, equipment, and human resources, organized many construction teams to strive to overcome difficulties, and speed up construction work in the spirit of the Prime Minister's direction "eat quickly, sleep quickly", "overcome the sun, overcome the rain", ensuring the best progress and quality of the project, striving to basically complete the project on December 19 in accordance with the Prime Minister's direction.
