Recently, Chairman of Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee Le Ngoc Chau has directed departments, branches, Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board, District People's Committees, and investors to speed up the progress of completing investment preparation procedures; establish, appraise and approve project designs and estimates. Speed ​​up the progress of site clearance, approve compensation and site clearance plans for projects that have met the prescribed conditions; promptly organize contractor selection, sign project implementation contracts, and speed up project construction progress.

For projects and project items that are eligible for disbursement, it is necessary to urgently carry out procedures to disburse capital. For projects that are stuck in site clearance, the People's Committees at the district level, relevant departments, branches and units are required to immediately implement solutions to remove difficulties and obstacles. Fully implement procedures and processes for compensation and support for site clearance in accordance with regulations and as soon as possible to speed up the site clearance progress, disburse site clearance funds, and hand over the site to the construction unit.

The Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board and investors closely coordinate with contractors and material suppliers to resolve difficulties and problems in supply sources, ensuring conditions to speed up the implementation of bidding packages.

The District People's Committee implements and directs the Commune People's Committee to urgently deploy solutions to speed up the progress of construction investment and disbursement of projects under its management...

According to the report of the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board, by November 22, the whole province had disbursed 3,925.7 billion VND (out of a total of 8,708.7 billion VND), reaching 45.1% of the province's plan and 56.6% compared to the plan assigned by the Prime Minister . Some units and localities have disbursement rates higher than the average of the whole province, including: Chi Linh (78.7%), Nam Sach (72.8%), Kinh Mon (70.7%), Ninh Giang (63.7%), Kim Thanh (62.8%), Cam Giang (56.6%), Hai Duong City (56.2%).

Units and localities with disbursement rates lower than the provincial average include: Thanh Mien (43.9%), Gia Loc (41.2%), Binh Giang (33.3%), Tu Ky (24.4%), Thanh Ha (11.4%); Provincial Construction Investment Management Board (38%), Provincial Police (24.1%).
