'Zhu Yingtai' Leung Siu Bing returns to TVB after 26 years

On May 17th, HK01 reported that TVB announced the production of a second season of the hit series "The Unbelievable Case of the Against Heaven." The cast that made the first season a success, including Chan Chin-pang, Lam Ha-wai, and Fung Ying-ying, will all remain the same.

According to HK01 , the highlight of the press conference was the appearance of Leung Siu-bing. The actress will play a gangster couple on screen alongside her husband, Chan Ka-fai. "The Unbelievable Case 2" marks the return of "Zhu Yingtai" to TVB after 26 years.

Leung Siu-bing shared that she was very nervous about her return to the screen. She decided to participate in the project partly because she missed acting so much, and partly because she was moved by the script and the affection shown by TVB's leadership.

According to Liang Xiaobing, besides "The Case of the Against Heaven ," the actress also hopes to co-star with Chen Jiahui in the drama "Family Home, " in which her husband is currently participating.

Liang Xiaobing and Chen Jiahui collaborated on the film Liang Shanbo and Zhu Yingtai (1999). Liang Xiaobing played Zhu Yingtai, while Chen Jiahui played Ma Wentai. After the film, they developed feelings for each other and eventually got married.

Leung Siu-bing was born in 1969 in Macau. At the age of 21, she won the title of 2nd Runner-up in the Miss Hong Kong 1990 pageant.

According to HK01 , Liang Xiaobing has not had any new works in recent years, and her career has declined. The actress was invited to the event thanks to her classic roles that left a lasting impression on audiences when she was younger. Therefore, she has the opportunity to earn money to support her family.

Meanwhile, Chan Ka-fai's career has been lackluster. To support his wife, for many years the actor has accepted supporting roles, even those without lines, on TVB.
