Teacher Nguyen Thi Phuong Anh is dynamic and creative in her activities with the school's Youth Union.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Anh, Deputy Secretary of the Youth Union of Nguyen Trai Specialized High School, is one of 100 outstanding Youth Union officials nationwide to receive the Ly Tu Trong Award in 2024.

Joy, surprise, pride, and gratitude were the initial emotions of Ms. Phuong Anh when she learned that she was among the 100 outstanding Youth Union officials nationwide to receive the Ly Tu Trong Award in 2024.

This is the result of her efforts in youth union activities and work at Nguyen Trai Specialized High School for the past 5 years.

With the enthusiasm of youth, she actively trained, strived, and dedicated her heart and intellect to contributing to the cause. Believing that "things that come from the heart, given from the heart, will touch the heart," Ms. Phuong Anh received an award specifically for Youth Union officials who have made significant contributions to Youth Union work at the grassroots level this year.

Ms. Phuong Anh hosted the final round of the 5th "Road to Olympia" competition at Nguyen Trai Specialized High School.

Since her childhood, studying at Ly Tu Trong Primary School, Phuong Anh has actively participated in youth movements and activities. This has made her more confident and assertive, igniting a passion for youth union work and youth movements.

In 2018, upon returning to work at her former high school, Phuong Anh brought with her that same passion, further igniting the activities and movements of the school's Youth Union.

During the complex period of the Covid-19 pandemic, she and the school's Youth Union thoroughly applied digital transformation in activities such as the wall newspaper exhibition on the Padlet platform, the "End Covid" video on the TikTok platform, etc. As a young teacher and Youth Union officer, she attracted young union members with many activities that were both trendy and intellectually stimulating, meaningful, and reflected the unique style of Nguyen Trai High School students.

Over the past years, Ms. Phuong Anh has had many innovative initiatives and ideas that have been applied in practice, such as establishing the Events Club, organizing the "Welcome New Students" program, the forum "Building Beautiful Friendships - Saying No to School Violence," the "Young Creative Space" model through competitions such as "Water Rocket Launch," "Creative Wall Newspaper," and "STEM Application Product Design" to celebrate Vietnamese Teachers' Day on November 20th, and the Nguyen Trai Specialized High School Festival 2023 with a series of activities to promote the talents, intelligence, physical abilities, and creativity of students...

The Youth Union of Nguyen Trai Specialized High School organized the forum "Building Beautiful Friendships - Saying No to School Violence" in 2023.

She said: "I feel fortunate to be working at this school, interacting daily with intelligent and creative students, and colleagues who are pioneering and innovative teachers, which inspires me greatly."

Besides her work with the Youth Union, Ms. Phuong Anh's main profession is teaching English. Participating in the Youth Union has given her many ideas for professional development. She regularly creates activities and a friendly environment for students to use English, such as competitions, writing wall newspapers, writing reports, or using software and online platforms to learn listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

Ms. Phuong Anh was honored as an "Outstanding Young Person Following President Ho Chi Minh's Teachings" in Hai Duong province in 2023.

Thanks to these efforts, Ms. Phuong Anh has received commendations and certificates of merit from the City Youth Union and the Provincial Youth Union for many consecutive years for her outstanding achievements in Youth Union work and school youth movements, and was awarded the title of "Advanced Youth Following Uncle Ho's Teachings" at the provincial level in 2023...

The Youth Union of Nguyen Trai Specialized High School received the excellent emulation flag from the Central Youth Union for its work in Youth Union activities and youth movements in high schools during the 2022-2023 school year.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Le Chi, Secretary of the Hai Duong City Youth Union, assessed Ms. Phuong Anh as an energetic, enthusiastic, and active Youth Union official with many creative ideas in Youth Union work and a high sense of responsibility in carrying out the tasks of the Youth Union.
