Currently, Synology Office Suite allows users to connect to various AI services such as Amazon Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Baidu AI Cloud, Google AI Studio, Google Vertex, and OpenAI. After connecting to the AI ​​chatbot, users can make requests with short text descriptions.

One of the notable improvements comes from the ChatPlus and Meet platforms. ChatPlus has the ability to set detailed permissions and flexible channel management. Meanwhile, Synology Meet supports up to 7,000 simultaneous participants, meeting the professional meeting needs of businesses.

The highlight lies in the integrated AI system. Specifically, the AI ​​assistant can directly convert voice into text, and translate that text into another language. This feature is especially useful when users participate in meetings with foreign partners.

The AI ​​built into the MailPlus app allows users to quickly summarize email content, translate it, or write a reply to the email.

The AI ​​system in the Drive platform also helps users search more deeply. When using other platforms such as Google Drive or Microsoft OneDrive, users can only search exactly by keywords in the file name.

Meanwhile, the AI ​​integrated into Synology Drive will identify the keywords to be searched. From there, the system will scan all information, including images and videos , to provide search results.

In addition, AI will also suggest content that may be related to the keyword that the user is searching for. AI not only performs traditional searches but also relies on context to provide results.
