The Provincial Police organized the Winter Volunteer Program 2023 and Spring Volunteer Program 2024 in Son La and Dien Bien provinces.

From January 2 to January 6, the Provincial Police organized the program "Winter Volunteer 2023 - Spring Volunteer 2024" in Sop Cop district, Son La province and Dien Bien district, Dien Bien province.

The delegation included representatives of leaders of several professional departments of the Provincial Police; representatives of outstanding union members of the Provincial Police, and several sponsors of the program.

Before organizing volunteer activities, the delegation offered incense and flowers at Uncle Ho Temple in Son La province and Son La Prison; offered incense to commemorate heroic martyrs at A1 National Martyrs Cemetery in Dien Bien province and some revolutionary historical relics in Dien Bien Phu city...

Within the framework of the program's activities, the delegation visited and encouraged teachers and students at the primary school and people of Muong Leo commune, Sop Cop district, Son La province; presented 700 warm clothes, some food, essential items such as instant noodles, burnt rice, milk, rice, sandals, pens, books to students and families in difficult circumstances with a total value of nearly 160 million VND. At the same time, visited and presented gifts to 35 homeless students who were adopted by the Son La Provincial Police; visited and presented gifts to the Muong Leo Commune Police.

The working delegation presented gifts from the province's sponsors to Dien Bien district.

At Pa Thom commune, Dien Bien district, Dien Bien province, the delegation visited and presented gifts to students of the Primary and Secondary School, and some families in difficult circumstances in Pa Thom commune; presented 700 warm clothes, some food, essential items such as instant noodles, rice, candy, slippers, pens... worth over 165 million VND. In addition, the delegation also organized to cook nearly 200 lunches for the school's students. On this occasion, the delegation visited Pa Thom Commune Police and Pa Thom Border Guard Station.

This is a practical and meaningful activity, both educating tradition and demonstrating the spirit of volunteering for the community life of officers and soldiers of Ninh Binh Provincial Police in general, of youth union members, women's union members and accompanying units in particular, to share the difficulties and hardships of the people, especially students in difficult areas, mountainous and highland areas in the cold winter. Thereby contributing to building a beautiful image of officers and soldiers of Ninh Binh Police "Forgetting themselves for the country, serving the people".
