At the conference, Mr. Trinh Van Duy, Head of the Urban Management Department of Soc Son District, stated that on December 10, 2024, the People's Committee of Soc Son District issued Decision No. 8705/QD-UBND approving the Adjusted Detailed Planning Project at a scale of 1/500 for the CN2 Concentrated Industrial Cluster in Soc Son District, Hanoi City (Phase I).
The project covers a research area of 632,630 m2, of which approximately 10,715 m2 is for existing public facilities serving the community, 115,965 m2 is for transportation land (including city and regional roads), and approximately 505,905 m2 is for the construction of technical infrastructure for the industrial cluster.
The CN2 concentrated industrial cluster is located entirely within Mai Dinh commune (Soc Son district). It is bordered to the northwest by Provincial Road 131; and to the southwest, southeast, and northeast by roads passing through Lac Nong, Ap Cut, Huong Dinh Dong, and Huong Dinh Doai villages.
The objective of the Revised Planning Project for Concentrated Industrial Cluster CN2 is to develop an industrial cluster that aligns with the local potential and advantages, maximizing land utilization. It aims to attract businesses to invest in stable and long-term production and business development, improve land use efficiency, and create jobs in the locality.
Following the issuance of Decision No. 8705/QD-UBND by the People's Committee of Soc Son District, the District Urban Management Department conducted an inspection and verification of the revised detailed planning documents at a scale of 1/500 for the CN2 concentrated industrial cluster (Phase I), ensuring compliance with regulations.
On the afternoon of December 27th, the Urban Management Department of Soc Son District, in coordination with the investor, ASG Industrial Park Infrastructure and Development Co., Ltd., held a public announcement and handover of the revised detailed planning documents for the 1,500-scale concentrated industrial cluster CN2 (Phase I) in accordance with regulations.
Along with the public announcement of the Revised Detailed Planning Project at a scale of 1/500 for Industrial Cluster CN2 (Phase I), the People's Committee of Soc Son District requests the People's Committee of Mai Dinh Commune and the investor to be responsible for managing and supervising construction according to the plan; and to strictly handle cases of construction violating the plan within their authority.
At the conference, representatives from ASG Industrial Park Infrastructure and Development Co., Ltd. committed to implementing the synchronous construction of the technical infrastructure system of the CN2 concentrated industrial cluster (phase I) in accordance with the detailed plan and State regulations on investment management, construction, land, and fire prevention and control, and to bring the CN2 concentrated industrial cluster (phase I) into operation soon.
