Announcement of Project to Adjust the Planning of Industrial Cluster CN2 in Soc Son District

Head of Urban Management Department of Soc Son district Trinh Van Duy informed about the Project.

At the conference, Head of the Urban Management Department of Soc Son district Trinh Van Duy said that on December 10, 2024, the People's Committee of Soc Son district issued Decision No. 8705/QD-UBND on approving the Project to Adjust the Detailed Planning at a scale of 1/500 of the CN2 Concentrated Industrial Cluster in Soc Son district, Hanoi (phase I).

The project has a research area of 632,630m2, of which the land area for public works serving the current people is about 10,715m2, traffic land (including city and regional roads) is 115,965m2, and land for technical infrastructure construction projects for industrial clusters is about 505,905m2.

The area of CN2 Industrial Cluster is located entirely in Mai Dinh Commune (Soc Son District). The Northwest borders Provincial Road 131; the Southwest, Southeast and Northeast borders the traffic route through Lac Nong, Ap Cut, Huong Dinh Dong and Huong Dinh Doai villages.

After Decision No. 8705/QD-UBND was issued by the People's Committee of Soc Son district, the District Urban Management Department organized an inspection and confirmation of the drawing file of the 1/500 scale Detailed Planning Adjustment Project of CN2 Concentrated Industrial Cluster (Phase I), ensuring compliance with regulations.

Representatives of Soc Son District Urban Management Department, Mai Dinh Commune People's Committee and ASG Company performed the handover of the Project.

On the afternoon of December 27, the Urban Management Department of Soc Son district coordinated with the investor, ASG Industrial Park Infrastructure and Development Company Limited, to publicly announce and hand over the dossier of the Project to Adjust the Detailed Planning at a scale of 1,500 for the CN2 Concentrated Industrial Cluster (Phase I) in accordance with regulations.

Along with the public announcement of the Project to Adjust the Detailed Planning at a scale of 1/500 of the CN2 Industrial Cluster (Phase I), the People's Committee of Soc Son district requested the People's Committee of Mai Dinh commune and the investor to be responsible for managing and supervising construction according to the planning; strictly handling cases of construction that violate the planning according to their authority.

At the conference, representatives of ASG Industrial Park Infrastructure and Development Company Limited pledged to synchronously build the technical infrastructure system of the CN2 Concentrated Industrial Cluster (Phase I) according to the detailed planning and State regulations on construction investment management, land, fire prevention and fighting, and soon put the CN2 Concentrated Industrial Cluster (Phase I) into operation.
