The business community competes to boost production and business right from the beginning of the new spring.

On the morning of February 5th, at Tien Thinh Investment and Construction Development Joint Stock Company (Phuc Khanh Industrial Park, Thai Binh City ), the Provincial People's Committee held a ceremony to launch a campaign encouraging businesses to compete in boosting production and business in 2025.

In 2024, the province's socio -economic development achieved many important and comprehensive accomplishments: The economic growth rate (GRDP) increased by 7.01% compared to 2023, the size of the economy ranked 23rd nationwide, and the average economic growth rate for the period 2021-2024 increased 1.35 times compared to the national average. The total capital of investment projects in the province reached over 38,000 billion VND, of which foreign direct investment (FDI) attracted 1.16 billion USD (ranking 12th nationwide); budget revenue in the province reached over 11,500 billion VND; for the third consecutive year, Thai Binh had more than 1,000 newly established businesses.

Speaking at the ceremony, Comrade Nguyen Manh Hung, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, affirmed: The province's encouraging socio-economic development results have been significantly contributed by the business community. However, we must not be complacent or self-satisfied, but need to make even greater efforts to overcome difficulties and challenges in the coming time. As the vanguard force on the economic front, entrepreneurs and businesses need to focus on effectively implementing five key tasks.

The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized: Businesspeople and enterprises should continue to leverage their experience, creativity, and solidarity, with a strong desire for development and growth. They should enthusiastically participate in emulation movements while adhering to the law in their business operations, caring for the material and spiritual well-being of their employees, and actively participating in social, charitable, and gratitude-related activities. The goal is to build a stronger and more developed business community in Thai Binh, one with strong business ethics and a distinctive corporate culture. Each enterprise needs to strengthen research and grasp the development trends of domestic and international markets to proactively integrate; promote investment in technological innovation and machinery, and rationalize production processes. Unity, cooperation, and expansion of joint ventures and linkages between enterprises should be based on self-reliance, creativity, solidarity, sharing, and mutual development. Actively and proactively participate with Party committees and authorities at all levels in building and perfecting institutions and improving the investment and business environment. Each enterprise and entrepreneur acts as a key link, attracting investors and investment partners to the province, especially the Thai Binh Economic Zone, contributing to creating resources for the province's development.

The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested that all levels, sectors, localities, and units focus on their work, successfully complete all tasks, accelerate administrative procedure reform, listen, share, accompany, and support businesses in overcoming difficulties and conducting production and business smoothly and efficiently.
