Cong Phuong continuously creates assists at Thong Nhat Stadium

On the morning of November 3rd, as part of the global "ANESSA Sunshine Project," ANESSA and the Japan Football Association (JFA) collaborated with the Ho Chi Minh City Football Federation (HFF) to organize a football event for children, guided by 20 professional coaches. Over 100 young "footballers" had the opportunity to experience playing on the Thong Nhat Stadium pitch. The weekend became even more memorable when the children had the chance to compete against Vietnamese football star Nguyen Cong Phuong.

The presence of the former HAGL striker thrilled the young players and their parents at Thong Nhat Stadium. The children chanted repeatedly: "Cong Phuong, Cong Phuong...". Responding to the enthusiastic crowd, the striker from Nghe An shared: "Since I was little, after school, I often invited my friends to the field to play football and other sports . It's a good activity for my health and a way to nurture my passion. I hope today will be the beginning of the dreams of these young people; if you are passionate about football, keep striving to become a professional player."

In this activity, more than 100 "young players" were divided into several groups to compete against each other. Cong Phuong participated in the warm-up and played alongside the children. The striker born in 1995 played the role of a "master of assists". In each group, the striker, currently playing for Truong Tuoi Binh Phuoc Club, with his skillful technique, continuously created favorable opportunities for the "young players" to score goals.

Cong Phuong inspires young children to pursue their passion for football.

Cong Phuong's presence on the field seemed to boost the confidence of the young players, allowing them to freely showcase their skills. Many of the children had good technical skills, dribbling skillfully and coordinating well with the former HAGL star. After scoring, Cong Phuong and his teammates high-fived to celebrate.

The "ANESSA Sunshine Project" aims to build a solid foundation for holistic, long-term health through healthy physical activities, with three main focuses: experience, education , and support. In collaboration with JFA, the "ANESSA Sunshine Project" was successfully launched in Japan in early 2024 with activities focused on "experience." Following that success, the ANESSA Sunshine Project is now being implemented in Vietnam.

With its brand vision – "ANESSA Free to Shine: where people and the planet live in harmony under the sun," ANESSA aims to expand the project to 12 countries in Asia, combined with related initiatives, to create a positive impact on more than 300,000 children globally by 2030.
