The summary report and opinions presented at the conference unanimously affirmed: In 2025, although there were still certain difficulties, with the focus, solidarity, determination and great efforts from the company's leaders and commanders to the collective of workers, the Company basically completed its tasks, many targets were achieved and exceeded.

Production of defense products is guaranteed on schedule and quality; economic products have many innovations and diverse designs; the market is expanded; employment for workers is guaranteed, income each year is higher than the previous year. The payment of salaries, remuneration and bonuses is carried out in accordance with regulations, ensuring democracy, publicity and transparency.

The spiritual and material life of the company's employees is increasingly concerned. Welfare regimes are guaranteed. Emulation and reward work is innovated in content and form, going into depth and substance, creating strong motivation to encourage employees to enthusiastically compete in performing their tasks.

At the conference, delegates analyzed and clarified the results achieved, pointed out some difficulties and problems that the Company is facing, such as changes in production technology, market competition, difficulties in recruiting unskilled workers and highly skilled technical personnel; proposed solutions and measures to overcome the difficulties.

Praising, acknowledging and appreciating the results achieved by Joint Stock Company 26 in 2025, in his speech at the conference, Lieutenant General Do Van Thien requested: In 2026, Joint Stock Company 26 will continue to focus on improving production and business efficiency, ensuring jobs, increasing income for workers; investing in research, improving and applying management models, gradually applying digital transformation to the management system, automating management processes to improve the competitiveness of enterprises; promoting product brand promotion; having appropriate mechanisms and policies in training, attracting workers and highly qualified human resources.
