On the evening of October 29th, in Hanoi, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, in coordination with the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs and the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), organized the "Outstanding Enterprises for Workers" awards ceremony for 2023. Comrade Le Minh Khai, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Party and Deputy Prime Minister, along with leaders from various central ministries and agencies, attended and offered congratulations.

Party Central Committee Secretary and Deputy Prime Minister Le Minh Khai presented the award for Outstanding Enterprise for Workers in 2023 to the leaders of Tan De Company.

In 2023, the program's organizing committee decided to select 64 outstanding businesses nationwide to honor them as "Outstanding Businesses for Workers." Thai Binh province was represented by the Thai Binh branch of Tan De Sports Goods Manufacturing Joint Stock Company (Tan De Company), which received this prestigious title.

Tan De Company has 10 manufacturing plants with over 17,000 employees. Like other businesses in the textile and garment industry, Tan De Company has faced many difficulties recently due to a decrease in the number and value of production and export orders. However, the company has actively promoted trade, strived to find more production orders, and accepted even unprofitable contracts to ensure sufficient employment and stable income for its workers.

Leaders of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor presented a certificate of commendation to the leaders of Tan De Company.

In particular, Tan De Company consistently implements social welfare policies for its employees, such as paying social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance; paying salaries and bonuses; giving gifts on holidays and Tet (Lunar New Year); and providing practical support to employees through programs such as "Helping Children Continue Their Education," "Library of Love," promoting education and talent, and building a learning society, with a total budget of hundreds of billions of VND per year.

Furthermore, Tan De Company is also one of the province's exemplary businesses with humanitarian and charitable activities, sharing with the community through activities such as: supporting Tet gifts for disadvantaged families and poor households, supporting the Fund for the Poor launched by the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, supporting the "Heart for Children" program, "Supporting Students to School"...
