Binh Nguyen Trading Company Limited in Doan Tung Industrial Park (Thanh Mien) specializes in manufacturing children's toys.

On June 15, the Department of Economy , Infrastructure and Urban Areas of Thanh Mien district said that Binh Nguyen Trading Company Limited in Doan Tung Industrial Park had paid a fine of 130 million VND and completed the application for a construction permit for the Children's Toy Factory Project.

According to the construction permit, Binh Nguyen Trading Company Limited is allowed to construct works under the Children's Toy Factory Project. The items serving the project include: factory No. 2, warehouse, material warehouse, toilet. The total construction area of these works is about 7,500 ^m2 .

Previously, on May 9, the People's Committee of Thanh Mien District issued a decision to fine Binh Nguyen Trading Company Limited VND 130 million for constructing a number of works without a license as prescribed. The People's Committee of Thanh Mien District requested this enterprise to stop construction and carry out procedures to apply for a construction license as prescribed within 90 days (from the date of receiving the penalty decision). If the prescribed time limit is exceeded, the enterprise must demolish the illegal construction works.

In 2023, Binh Nguyen Trading Company Limited was fined 325 million VND by the Provincial People's Committee for illegally discharging waste into the environment.
