Binh Nguyen Trading Co., Ltd., located in Doan Tung Industrial Cluster (Thanh Mien), specializes in manufacturing children's toys.
On June 15th, the Department of Economy , Infrastructure and Urban Development of Thanh Mien District announced that Binh Nguyen Trading Co., Ltd. in Doan Tung Industrial Cluster had paid a fine of 130 million VND and completed the application for a construction permit for its Children's Toy Manufacturing Plant Project.
According to the construction permit, Binh Nguyen Trading Co., Ltd. is authorized to construct the facilities for the Children's Toy Manufacturing Plant Project. The project's facilities include: Workshop No. 2, a warehouse, a materials warehouse, and restrooms. The total construction area of these facilities is approximately 7,500 m² .
Binh Nguyen Trading Co., Ltd. has completed the construction permit for the Children's Toy Manufacturing Plant Project.
Previously, on May 9th, the People's Committee of Thanh Mien District issued a decision to fine Binh Nguyen Trading Co., Ltd. 130 million VND for constructing several buildings without the required permits. The People's Committee of Thanh Mien District required the company to cease construction and complete the procedures for obtaining a construction permit within 90 days (from the date of receiving the penalty decision). If the deadline is exceeded, the company must demolish the illegally constructed buildings.
In 2023, Binh Nguyen Trading Company Limited was fined 325 million VND by the Provincial People's Committee for illegally discharging wastewater into the environment.
