Participating in the resource-related activities were representatives and specialists from functional units of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department; central-level speakers currently working in provincial and city Party committees and Party committees directly under the Central Committee; representatives of the leadership of the Department and the leadership of the Oral Propaganda Planning Department of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Departments of provincial and city Party committees and Party committees directly under the Central Committee; representatives of the leadership of units directly under the Ministry of Public Security (Northern region); speakers of the Central Public Security Party Committee; and leaders of provincial Public Security.

The delegation took a commemorative photo at the Central Police Headquarters Historical Site in Minh Thanh commune (Son Duong district).

The delegation laid wreaths and offered incense in commemoration of President Ho Chi Minh , revolutionary predecessors, and heroic martyrs. The delegation pledged absolute loyalty to the regime and the revolutionary path chosen by the Party and President Ho Chi Minh; to study and emulate the example of President Ho Chi Minh and revolutionary predecessors throughout their lives. They also pledged to continue upholding the glorious heroic traditions, resolutely protecting the achievements of the revolution, uniting and working together, upholding the spirit and responsibility, constantly learning and following the thoughts, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh; striving to excellently fulfill all tasks entrusted by the Party and the people; and contributing to building a strong and prosperous Vietnam.
