On August 28th, Delegation No. 7 of the An Giang Provincial People's Council, including: Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairwoman of the People's Council of Co To commune Nguyen Thi Phuong Lan; former Provincial Party Committee member Cao Quang Liem; former Standing Committee member and former Head of the Internal Affairs Department of the An Giang Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Tiec Hung, along with representatives of the commune's People's Council, met with voters in Tri Ton commune.

After hearing the results of the 2025 mid-year session reported by representatives of the People's Council at both levels, and responding to opinions and suggestions from voters from previous meetings, voters in Tri Ton commune made suggestions related to the following areas: education , health, bridge construction and upgrading of rural roads, ensuring security and order, issuing land use right certificates, waste collection, urban beautification, etc.

Representatives of the People's Councils at both levels have received and addressed issues within their authority; at the same time, they have noted recommendations beyond their authority to compile and forward to relevant agencies for consideration and resolution at the upcoming People's Council sessions.
